Vices Refund & Return Policy
At Vices, we take pride in delivering premium cigars in perfect condition. To ensure a smooth resolution process, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Shipping & Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Vices is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your cigars arrive damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

Provide clear photos of the damaged items for verification.

We will arrange a return at our expense and either reship or refund your order at our discretion.

3. What Is NOT Covered?
No Refund or Reship Will Be Issued For:
Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses – If the delivery fails due to an error in the shipping details provided.

Untracked Shipping Methods – Orders shipped without tracking are not eligible for refunds or reshipments if lost.

Subjective Taste Preferences – Cigars are natural products, and flavor variations may occur. We do not accept returns based on personal taste.

Sealed Boxes – If you request a sealed box and are dissatisfied with its contents, return shipping costs will be your responsibility, as we could not inspect it before shipment.

4. Final Notes
Vices reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution (refund or reshipment) for damaged goods.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

For any issues, contact Vices Customer Support before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in account termination.
